Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies to rooms booked and paid for on www.hoteljpfarm.com. Bookings for banquet halls, lawns and catering follow the terms in your written event quote.

Cancelling a room booking

When you cancel	Refund of the amount paid
7 days or more before check-in	100%
3 to 6 days before check-in	50%
Less than 3 days before check-in, or no-show	No refund

Days are counted up to 12:00 noon on the check-in date. To cancel, call 9935677964 or email jpfarm7@gmail.com with your booking ID. We confirm every cancellation in writing.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the same UPI ID, card or bank account used for payment, through our payment partner Razorpay. Once we approve a refund, it usually reaches your account within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank.

Changing your dates

You can move your booking to other dates once, free of charge, if you ask at least 3 days before check-in and rooms are free on the new dates. Any difference in price is paid or refunded.

Early departure

If you check out earlier than booked, nights already paid for are not refunded.

If we have to cancel

If we cannot provide your room for any reason, we refund 100% of the amount you paid.
