• Enquiry forms: your name, mobile number, function, date, guest count and message.
• Payments: handled by Razorpay. We receive a payment ID and status, never your card or bank details.
• Technical data: your IP address is used briefly to stop spam and repeated failed attempts.

How we use it

To confirm and manage your booking, to call or message you about your stay or enquiry, to send your booking confirmation, and to meet legal requirements such as guest registers and tax records.

Who we share it with

Only with Razorpay to process payment, with our email provider to send confirmations, and with authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept as long as tax and hotel registration laws require. Enquiries are kept for up to 2 years.

Maps and analytics

Our pages show a Google Map and may use Google Analytics to count visits. These Google services may store small files in your browser under Google’s own privacy policy.
