These terms apply when you book a room at Hotel J P Farm, Jhansi, through www.hoteljpfarm.com. By completing a booking you agree to them.

Bookings and payment

A booking is confirmed only after payment succeeds and you receive a booking ID by email or on screen.
You may pay the full amount or the advance shown at checkout. The balance is paid at the hotel at check-in.
Prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST as shown in the booking summary.
Online payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card details.

Check-in is from 12:00 noon and check-out is by 11:00 am. Early check-in and late check-out depend on availability and may be charged.
Every adult guest must show a valid government photo ID at check-in. The hotel may refuse check-in without valid ID.
The number of guests in a room may not exceed what was booked. Extra guests may be charged or refused.
Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property during their stay.
Loud music late at night and any unlawful activity are not allowed in rooms.

Cancellations and refunds follow our cancellation and refund policy.

Please keep valuables with you or hand them to the front desk. The hotel is not responsible for items left unattended in rooms or public areas.

Weddings, parties and other events at our banquet halls and lawns are booked separately, with their own written quote and terms.
